Why is twitter acting so stupid right now?

im trying to change the background image bcuz i dnt want the lame one it gives me....but every single time i try to change it itll upload the image but not change the background like wtf man id hurt u if u wasnt my laptop lol. anyways any1 knos how to fix that i would be very grate ful gracias
