If u have any tricks thats helpin u with dis problem,help me please?

I had my 1st c section 13yrs ago and my last one 5yrs ago and dis cut is driving me crazy. It's gettin 2 da point that I want 2 recut myself open just so I can get in there and get rid of da itching. It drives me crazy because I will be walkin down da street and people be lookin at me like I'm dirty but only if they knew that it was dis damn cut. I then made myself bleed,got sores and my cut is da darkess thing on my body and it all comes from me diggin.
