Average NFL linebacker size and speed?

To start with 3-4 linebackers are generally a bit bigger than 4-3 linebackers. In a 4-3 the middle linebacker could be around 6'2 250 and 3-4 linebackers around the same, theirs not much of a speed differential between them, a 4.5-4.8 is about average. The real difference is the OLB, 4-3 linebackers are alot of the times players who played safety in college. 4-3 OLB's can be around 6'1 240, as they are more used in pass coverage, some OLB's can run a 4.3. 3-4 linebackers are bigger as they are essentially light D-linemen, guys like Terrell suggs are like 6'4 260 lbs. and are more about run stopping and blitzing, but must be able to play pass defense to an extent, and due to their increased size OLB's are a bit slower, but should still be in the 4.5-4.8 range.
