ASAP.....On Valentines he texted me?

Me and this guy been talking for like 5 or more months . But haven't seen him in like 2 to 3 week so i just figured that he wasn't interested in me any more. But yet he still text me every other day then Valtindays come and he texted me earlier that day but i was at work so i could text him back then i had bible study so I text him after that it was around 9. He said he was goin to see if I wanted to come to the house but it was late and he was with his brother helpin him anyway. I want to see him so I can ask him he person how he really feel but I am not sure how to come about it or how to even get to see him? I feel like if a guy want to see me he will ask me. So how can I ask him I really don't want to ask him over the phone cause you really can't tell how someone really feels.
