Stupid when it comes to mecidines an alot other things...?

hello all so i been havin this numb pinky ALL night since about 12ish am last night psted a question on here about it an was told to take some motrin or watever it called not because of pain casue there is none but the anti flamartory or however thats spelled haha anyways the only thing we got is this childrens pain relieft stuff dad told me to jus go ahead an take it but curious tho cause well i hate takin medicine for some reason but this is just a childrens liquid medicine so dont see the good in it helpin me... it a acetaminophen oral suspenison pain reliever / fever reducer nothin about anti flamatory which i was told to take idk does this have a anti thingy but it just aint shown lol
