Me and my husband fight all the time what can i do.?

we have been married for 2 years and have a 6 month old baby. he doesnt help with here or help with cleaning he dosent have a job i love him so much but im getting tire of him not helpin what can i do to get him to help me and what can stop us from aurging!!! i do not want a devorice. i just want to make it work!!
