If you were starting a franchise and could pick any player who ever played in the NFL, who would you pick?

Well since the NFL is a quarterback driven league for the most part, I would pick John Elway. Look at the teams he took to the Super Bowls in the 80s. Then hopefully I would be able to build around him better than the Broncos did in the 80s.
