I have the implant but always bleedin?

i had the implant nearly a year ago now and over the last 4 months my bleedin ist not normal, the last month iv had 3 days off the other week i had clots and period was just so heavy like when having a baby i came back on tuesday and this morning blood was all over my trousers i no the implant does make u bleed but is it this normal to be so heavy, over x mas i had cystitus for 3 months i kept goin doctors and there medication wasnt helpin me, at all iv had a smear since having my baby everythin was ok, that was about 10 months ago. i get abdominal cramps quite a lot too, please help
