How do I fix commitment issues?

When ever I am in a relationship its all grate the first week or even month but after that I always want the guy to leave me alone! I cant stand holding hand or all the tuchy feely stuff that comes with being in a relationship. How do I change that? what do I do to keep from feeling smutherd when all my boyfriend does is txt me or want to talk? why do I feel this way?
