Cervical mucus and getting pregnant? is it the right time?

Ok kinda gross but serious question...i just had my period a week n 1/2 ago..i started march 10th.. so today is cycle day 13..anyways i had a lot of the clear stretchy egg white consistency cervical mucus this morning so my question is...Is it a good time to get pregnant? Im at work all day and so is my husband so we cant get it on til tonite LOL so from what i remember when u get that clear mucus that means u ovulated right?? so will it be too late by the the time we have sex later on tonite??? thanks for helpin!!
