Can a gynecologist tell if you have had sex the same day before you went to the check?

my mom will take me to the gynecologist tomorrow but ... if i had sex , that same day , would the gynecologist be able to tell that? is there any chance to see that? :) it is not about the fact that i had sex she already knows that , i only want to know if i can have sex with my boyfriend before that check but if there is any possibility she doesn't find THAT out. My boyfriend is leaving town tomorrow so that's why and i wont be able to see him in a long.. so if anyone knows this i would be so grate full thanks
