Is Junior Seau considered to be an all time NFL great ?

Not by me, he was good for a long time and that will get him into the hall of fame. But I can't ever remember thinking he was the best linebacker in a given year. To me an all time great means you outclass all your peers, and while very good for very long, I just don't think he did that.
