V-day dress for middle school?

okay soo its simple really, i need some cute dress ideas for the valentine's day dance at my school i love free dresses that allow movement haha like dresses when u spin its a full out circle haha and its valentines day so i would like red or black for dress color also not a price over $40 or so. thankuu for helpin me!
