Dental emergencies in pain help!?

I have bad teeth and tmj jaw joint disorder thing I'm in alot of pain headache dizzyness and I have anxiety depression which I treat with zoloft isnt helpin yet but only been on it for 2 days lexapro b4 that. Anyway I read tmj can cause anxiety.. I'm in extreme discompfort today but my dentist always tells me if I'm in pain go to the hospital. I can't they won't do anything because every medicine ive tried and either have side effects or doesnt take away the pain. I have an appoinment to get my teeth either fixxed or pulled but it's 25th I can't wait that long in all this pain.?! How do I get attention asap and on a sunday at that?! Help please
