Burning when pee and vagina burning..?

iv been having burning when i pee and burning sensation for lk 3 months now and iv been to the doctors seriously like every 2 weeks ansd they keep givingg me uti meds then they give me yeast infection meds i dk what it could be it wont go away and the docs arent helpin me i got checked for std too but now my bf is saying it burns him too so now i dont understand idf they say it isnt a std could i have gave him my uti or yeast ? or something else and does anyone no what i could do to make the pain go away i wanna be able to have sex n other stuff
